How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your gold-filled and gold-plated jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. These can damage the finish over time. Store your pieces in a dry, airtight container or soft pouch when not in use to prevent tarnishing. Clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to remove dirt and oils. Avoid using polishing agents or abrasive materials that may strip the gold layer. Handle with care to ensure long-lasting beauty.

What if something breaks on my jewelry?

I will do my best to fix or replace items that break. I spend hours researching hardware to ensure it is high quality but still affordable. As with anything, I cannot control if it something breaks. Please reach out to me immediately if you have a problem with your item and I will do my best to resolve it.
